Tournament Team

I'm looking to start doing tournaments the day of early-access launch, August 25th.
I'm willing to lead the team and happy to have anyone join it. The game is still in the experimental phase and I want to do lots of it.

I'm currently assuming I'm going to need a support, 3 damage dealers with a bit of control on each along with a solo duelist for capping points and defending points.

If you're interested let me know what class you want to play, so I can start theory crafting some team builds together.

I'll be playing warrior in a damage role.

I'll be in for sure at the start of head start

Is there no one else interested in this?

other then you sourz, who else is interested in focusing exclusively on sPvP?

i'm interested, however I don't plan on going head-first into PvP. I like to take my time. The better I understand how my character works first, the more effective i'll be in PvP

I'm just throwing this out there: the best way to understand your character, in this game at least, is to thrust them into pvp as soon as possible. When you do that, you are max level with decked out max gear with access to any weapons and stat stacking you choose to do. Matched pvp is like the ultimate class preview. On top of that, you're testing your abilities against the most intelligent enemies, other people.

I love me some intense pvp, but the idea of pvp for ranks has little interest for me personally. It's too much of a commitment than I'm willing to <commit> to. But I do suggest others to do this if they can. You get better fights, helps you understand actual game concepts faster; it implements synergy and gets our name out there. If I'm online with no chance of needing to go afk at the time, I'd be down. But I'm the kind of person who only commits to something if I know I don't have to afk a few moments after I start something. Because I know it annoys me when others do it so I don't do it to others.

tl;dr: If I can at the time, I will. Otherwise, don't even consider me.

i don't think you'd really want me associated w/ your team for a while (cuz I suck at it). i'll just do pugs to start...just to get my bearings and not bring ya down

I'd be down but like shame if i don't have to afk i'm good to go, but i'll commit to it because i'm a real-nigga unlike some fags (tog)



P.S. Id rather have kibbs than tog anyday atleast she could heal my reaver unlike some fail warleaders

We've all been playing shit together competitively for several years. Most of the things we say to each other are in jest. It's sort of why we warn people before they join with us exactly how we play the game.
